Jeff Has been working in the restaurant and food service industry for nearly 30 years. He has haunted restaurants since he was 14. He loves fusion cooking and preparing soups, sauces and great pastries. The Chef does all of his own butchering on the premises.
Jeff has worked at the original Christopher's, Century House, Coventry Inn, Karla's Restaurant in New Hope, Widow Brown's, and seven years at Casselli's. Chef Fox has been with Fountain Side since opening day almost ten years ago. Before accepting the position at Fountain Side Chef Fox ran his own dessert and pastry company where he created his award winning cheese cake, which he now prepares for us, along with many other delicious sweet endings. As well as handling the daily responsibilities of running the kitchen, Jeff creates great soups, desserts and daily specials.
Jeff attended Wissahickon High school where he played football. He enjoys fast cars and riding his Harley Davidson low rider motorcycle and other fast things in the little free time that a chef at a very busy restaurant has.
